Food is the convivial heart of this website; the place where appetites are satiated with gusto.
Beyond my communications consulting work with organisations in the food and sustainability sectors, I am an avid gardener, a great cook and a social creature who loves nothing more than sharing good food with good friends.
With time and opportunity (as chronicled in my blog), my love of food and cooking has become inextricably linked to my garden. For me, they are one in the same. I get an inordinate amount of joy eating homegrown food as these images will attest.
